I haven’t been posting my workouts. We are still trying to figure out the best depression med, and I just wasn’t in the mood to post. I did a lower-body workout at Planet Fitness on Thursday. You can see it here: https://hevy.com/workout/Fmi9o3mYAwq.
Today I went out in the light rain and rode my bike. It felt great to ride my bike over an exercise bike. I enjoyed the ride, despite the rain. It has been so hot outside that I have been doing indoor riding. Finally, it’s not hot, but now it’s wet.
I accidentally recorded the ride as an indoor ride, so my normal way of getting data doesn’t have a map. However, I also recorded via FitBit, and it provided half a map. So the map below is from FitBit, and the embedded data below that is from Strava (recorded with the Wahoo app).
The ride felt good going out. I decided to wear my hiking sneakers, but they didn’t work well with my pedals. I need new pedals that better fit my feet. The ones I have are small, and my feet always feel like they are going to fall off.
