Went to the gym for the 2nd time. This time, I decided to only do the upper body. I will do the lower body next time. Planet Fitness has a workout for that in their app.

Chest Press (Machine)
Set 1: 20 lbs x 10 @ 6 rpe
Set 2: 20 lbs x 10 @ 9 rpe

Seated Row (Machine)
Set 1: 30 lbs x 10 @ 6 rpe
Set 2: 30 lbs x 10 @ 9 rpe

Bicep Curl (Machine)
Set 1: 20 lbs x 10 @ 7 rpe
Set 2: 10 lbs x 10 @ 10 rpe

Triceps Extension (Machine)
Set 1: 30 lbs x 10 @ 8 rpe
Set 2: 10 lbs x 10 @ 10 rpe

Seated Shoulder Press (Machine)
I was very sore
Set 1: 10 lbs x 10 @ 9.5 rpe
Set 2: 10 lbs x 10 @ 10 rpe

Incline Chest Press (Machine)
Set 1: 60 lbs x 10 @ 9 rpe
Set 2: 50 lbs x 10 @ 9.5 rpe

Hip Adduction (Machine)
Set 1: 20 lbs x 12 @ 9 rpe
Set 2: 20 lbs x 12 @ 10 rpe

Hip Abduction (Machine)
Set 1: 30 lbs x 12 @ 8 rpe
Set 2: 30 lbs x 12 @ 10 rpe
