I joined Planet Fitness today. I want to build some body strength to make it easier to ride. So my husband and I went and we followed a Planet Fitness workout that is in their app called Beginner Total Body Strength. My arms are sore!

Chest Press (Machine)
Set 1: 20 lbs x 12
Set 2: 20 lbs x 12

Seated Row (Machine)
Set 1: 30 lbs x 12
Set 2: 30 lbs x 12

Bicep Curl (Machine)
These were really hard!
Set 1: 10 lbs x 12
Set 2: 10 lbs x 12

Triceps Extension (Machine)
This was not easy.
Set 1: 10 lbs x 10
Set 2: 10 lbs x 10

Seated Shoulder Press (Machine)
Set 1: 25 lbs x 12
Set 2: 25 lbs x 12

Leg Press (Machine)
Set 1: 30 lbs x 10
Set 2: 30 lbs x 10

Leg Extension (Machine)
